The four numbers
- Open violations: total across all buildings, from every agency
- Overdue: filings or violations past their cure date/deadline
- Due soon: within 60 days
- Upcoming: further out — you have time
The status pill
- Green (Portfolio in good standing): nothing overdue or due soon
- Red (Action needed): at least one item requires attention
