LL152: Gas piping inspection (every 4 years)

Every 4 years, buildings must have their gas piping inspected by a Licensed Master Plumber.

Assigned by Community District. Check DOB's schedule for your CD.

What's checked

Visible gas piping, valves, meters, and public spaces. Documented with a GPS-2 form filed with DOB.

Non-compliance

Loss of gas service after inspection deadline. Reinspection required to restore.
