How to add your NYC building for compliance monitoring

Adding a building is the only step Compliance-tier customers need to complete. Everything else happens automatically overnight.

Steps

1. From the dashboard, click Add Property in the top right. 2. Enter the building's address exactly as it appears in USPS. Include the borough (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island). 3. Save.

What happens next

Within a few seconds, Pijexa geocodes the address to find your building's BIN (Building Identification Number) and BBL (Borough-Block-Lot). Within 24 hours, the compliance-sync cron pulls every open HPD, DOB, ECB, OATH, and FDNY record for your BIN. You'll get an email when new violations are found.

If Pijexa can't find your building

Some newer buildings or non-standard addresses don't resolve. Email hello@pijexa.com with the address and we'll manually assign a BIN.
