Tenants have their own dashboard with limited access to information relevant to them.
Tenant Portal Features
Tenants CAN see:
- Their lease details (dates, rent amount)
- Bills addressed to them
- Their payment history
- Maintenance requests they submitted
- Messages from their property manager
- Property announcements
Tenants CANNOT see:
- Other tenants' information
- Property financials
- Other units' details
- Owner/manager settings
- Expense records
Tenant Actions
Tenants can:
- View and pay bills online
- Submit maintenance requests
- Send messages to management
- Update their contact information
- View their lease documents
Security
- Tenants only see their own data
- Each tenant has their own login
- Multiple tenants on a lease each have separate access
