Yes! Pijexa is designed to manage multiple properties from a single account.
Adding Multiple Properties
Simply repeat the property creation process for each property:
1. Go to Properties 2. Click Add Property 3. Enter the property details 4. Add units to each property
Portfolio View
Your dashboard shows metrics across all properties:
- Total units and occupancy
- Combined revenue
- All maintenance requests
- Overall payment status
Filtering by Property
Most pages allow filtering by property:
- Use the property dropdown to focus on one property
- Or view "All Properties" for the complete picture
Property Managers
You can assign different managers to different properties:
- Each manager sees only their assigned properties
- Owners see all properties
Reports
Generate reports for:
