Who
Almost every apartment building with central heat. Small residential boilers under 350,000 BTU may be exempt.
Deadline
Within 12 months of the last filed inspection. If you missed the window, DOB may issue a Class 2 violation.
Cost
$150–$400 for a licensed boiler inspector.
